📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine content for various digital platforms, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital media.
• Manage and maintain our content management system (CMS), ensuring all content is organized and easily accessible.
• Provide constructive feedback to the creative team to help improve content quality.
• Assist in the development of content strategies and plans.
• Ensure all content complies with our brand guidelines and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content editing or a related role.
• Proven experience in digital media content creation and editing.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
