📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of all mining activities.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize mining operations to meet production targets.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of mining engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mining activities.
• Utilize mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight for planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing mining projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
