📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.
• Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.
• Support the L&D team in delivering training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives are well-coordinated and executed.
• Assist in the administration of our LMS and other e-learning platforms.
• Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in L&D.
• Contribute to the development of our internal knowledge management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for Learning & Development and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and LMS tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in Jakarta Selatan with occasional travel to other locations in Indonesia.
