📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and maintain industrial flooring systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and vinyl compositions.
• Use concrete saws, grinding machines, and other specialized tools to prepare and finish flooring surfaces.
• Ensure all flooring installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to complete installations on time and within budget.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing flooring systems.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial flooring installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with tools such as concrete saws, grinding machines, and specialized flooring adhesives.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to construction work.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
