Government Social Program Facilitator

Join the Bangka Belitung Provincial Government as a Government Social Program Facilitator and play a pivotal role in driving community development initiatives. As a Social Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of various social programs, including education, healthcare, and livelihood projects. You will work with local communities, NGOs, and government agencies to ensure the effective delivery of these programs and achieve their intended impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of government-funded social programs in Pangkal Pinang.
• Work closely with local stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, and government agencies, to ensure the effective delivery of social programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to reach the most vulnerable communities and ensure the equitable distribution of program benefits.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of social programs, collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
• Provide technical assistance and training to local stakeholders on program implementation and management.
• Collaborate with other government departments and agencies to ensure the integration and coordination of social programs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to government officials and stakeholders.
• Represent the government at community meetings, events, and forums to promote the objectives and benefits of social programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social program implementation, community development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of government social programs and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools such as SPSS or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
