You'll use our CRM system, Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track progress. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide product information and process orders
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and track progress
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Promote our premium products and services to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or telemarketing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali as needed
