📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, acting as a point of contact for HR-related issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefit information.
• Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
