📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brewing and serving high-quality coffee drinks using espresso machines, drip coffee makers, and other brewing equipment.
• Taking and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Assisting in the preparation of food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, when required.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to brew and serve high-quality coffee drinks using various brewing methods.
• Knowledge of espresso machines, drip coffee makers, and other brewing equipment.
• Experience with food preparation and service, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing software, such as Square or Toast, is a plus.
• Valid food handling certificate and a clean background check.
