📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from customers and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.
• Provide training and support to field staff on financial procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and activities.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that all shipments are accurately accounted for and that payments are processed in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting and auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or auditing, with a focus on logistics or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
