Business Development Representative - Field Sales (F&B, Hotel & Lifestyle)
PT LUXFELINE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team in Jakarta Utara. This exciting field-based role offers an opportunity to directly acquire and onboard F&B, hotel, and lifestyle merchants, helping to expand GOLUX's presence in Jakarta's vibrant market. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of driving GOLUX's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
In this role, you'll be responsible for visiting potential merchants, presenting GOLUX's innovative solutions, and closing deals. You'll use tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage your pipeline and track your progress. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 7,000,000 to Rp 10,000,000 per month.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential F&B, hotel, and lifestyle merchants in Jakarta Utara.
- Present GOLUX's solutions and address merchant needs and concerns.
- Close deals and onboard new merchants to GOLUX's platform.
- Use Salesforce and HubSpot to manage your pipeline and track your progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular reports to the Business Development team on your activities and results.
- Attend industry events and network with potential merchants and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in field sales.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
