The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and organization. This role is crucial for the smooth running of our business and requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on inventory accuracy.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven experience in managing inventory and logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
