📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing employees.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring they are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.,Assist in the recruitment process by providing training to new hires.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with the company's overall goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid CPNS or similar certification is a plus.
