📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their banking needs are met.,Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Verify client identification and maintain confidentiality.,Assist clients with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, and adhere to all security and safety protocols.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and industry best practices.,Report any suspicious activities or potential fraud to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Proficiency in using computer and banking software.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to work in a team and follow company policies and procedures.
