📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Teach and facilitate learning activities that cater to the unique needs and abilities of students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and support staff to provide comprehensive support to students with special needs.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in special education, and incorporate them into teaching and learning activities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates the diversity and uniqueness of each student.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and events that promote the inclusion and success of students with special needs.
  • Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with special needs.
  • Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia.
  • Strong knowledge of special education curriculum, assessment, and instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for working with students with special needs and a commitment to promoting their inclusion and success.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
