📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality.,Conduct inspections and tests to verify product quality and compliance with standards.,Analyze and report on quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure consistent quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.,Experience with statistical process control and data analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Proven track record of improving quality processes and outcomes.
