📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Managing a team of nurses, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.,Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Participating in continuous education and professional development activities.,Assisting in the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or other relevant certifications.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
