📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain our MS Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date and meets the needs of our clients and employees,Work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our CRM system,Provide technical support and training to our employees on the use of our CRM system,Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Collaborate with our business teams to ensure our CRM system aligns with our business goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CRM technology and best practices,Participate in the recruitment process, providing technical assessments and interviews as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation,Strong understanding of CRM best practices and technologies,Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
