HTC Global Services is seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in Grafana, Kafka, and SQL.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.,Optimize data processing and storage to improve performance and reduce costs.,Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering, and advocate for their adoption within the team.,Mentor and coach junior data engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Work closely with data scientists and analysts to provide them with the data they need to perform their analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or a similar role.,Strong proficiency in Grafana, Kafka, and SQL.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.,Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
