FedEx Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Air Product & Solutions Coordinator to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing air cargo operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of air freight logistics and a proven track record in managing complex logistics operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage air cargo operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for air cargo operations.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during air cargo operations.,Monitor and analyze air cargo performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient air cargo operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in air cargo logistics to ensure the continued success of the team.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in air cargo logistics.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall success of FedEx Logistics in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in air cargo logistics, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of air freight regulations and standards, including IATA and ICAO requirements.,Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations and resolving issues effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
