📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including key accounts and prospects.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, including technical and financial information.
Monitor and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Provide sales training and support to the sales team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the solar and energy storage sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar and energy storage industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of solar and energy storage technologies, products, and solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
