As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our restaurant's products and services, building customer relationships, and driving sales. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for food and hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell our restaurant's products and services to potential customers.,Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the food and beverage industry.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Passionate about food and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
