📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the clinic's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.,Provide technical support to staff and patients, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.,Proficiency in using IT management tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with dental software and systems is a plus.
