📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
