Oversee the production process to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor and manage production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.,Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning.,Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet quality standards.,Manage and motivate the production team to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Identify and implement improvements to the production process to increase efficiency and productivity.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and machinery.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.🛠️ Keahlian
