📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread products,Create and develop new pastry recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting,Ensure high-quality ingredients and proper food safety practices are followed,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace,Work efficiently and meet production deadlines,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations,Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role,Proven track record of creating delicious and innovative pastries,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,High school diploma or equivalent,Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices,Creative and detail-oriented mindset
