📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse activities, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve logistics objectives.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage a team of logistics staff and provide training and development opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
