📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene,Train and mentor staff to ensure excellent service,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Monitor and report on key performance indicators,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
