Diamond Plus Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and efficient Cashier Staff to join our team in Palembang. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As a Cashier Staff, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.,Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash handling.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid work arrangement).
