📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's mission and vision.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.,Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Lead and mentor the management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their roles.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Represent the company in negotiations and other business dealings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in using financial management software and other relevant tools.,Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
