📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect payments from customers and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Reconcile accounts and verify financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded.
Provide training and support to field staff on financial procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and activities.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that all shipments are accurately accounted for and that payments are processed in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting and auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or auditing, with a focus on logistics or distribution.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
