📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
• Manage and mentor store staff, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and work with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Participate in store audits and quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
