📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate all bar operations, ensuring efficiency, precision, and adherence to SOPs.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all coffee-making equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all patrons.
• Collaborate with the café manager to develop and implement new coffee recipes and menu items.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Lead team meetings and provide regular updates on bar operations and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of baristas.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks.
• Certification in coffee brewing or barista training, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or Barista Academy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems, such as Square or Toast.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
