📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.
  • Following up on sales leads and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and team goals.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Assisting in the training and development of new sales team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
