📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of operations within the company.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of operations to ensure they are running smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
