📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance.,Manage and coordinate dental treatments, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with dental standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and standards.,Represent the clinic at dental conferences and professional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of successful dental clinic management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in dental software and technology.,Knowledge of dental regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
