As a Professional Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Passion for coffee and commitment to quality.
