📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products in the Indonesian market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean business partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and implementation of sales plans, ensuring we meet and exceed our targets.
• Coordinate with the Korean headquarters to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Korean language, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing and leading a team is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
