In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met.,Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.,Report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Health and Beauty Care industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
